Missing a frame, a size or a layer? Tell us what would make Bezelry better for you.
Send an idea ›Please include your device, its system version and Bezelry's version (Bezelry › About Bezelry on the Mac; Settings › About on iPad and iPhone). The app’s Email Support command (in the Help menu on the Mac) fills these in for you.
Getting started
Where do I start?
On the Mac, the Welcome window offers Create New Project, Open Existing Project and Open Sample Project. On iPad and iPhone, the start screen has the same buttons above your documents. The sample project is a ready-made set for a made-up habit tracker — open it to see frames, captions, badges, laurels and backgrounds in action. Help › Show Welcome Tour (Mac) or Integrations › Welcome to Bezelry (iPad, iPhone) replays the short tour.
Where are my projects saved, and do they sync?
A project is a .bezelry document. Save it anywhere; projects in iCloud Drive › Bezelry sync between your Mac, iPad and iPhone through your own iCloud account.
Do I need an account?
No. Bezelry has no accounts and no servers. Your projects are documents on your devices and in your iCloud Drive, and purchases go through your Apple Account.
Frames
Which device frames are included?
Bezelry draws its own frames for iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, iPhone Air, iPad Pro 11″ and 13″, iPad mini, MacBook Pro 14″ and 16″, iMac 24″, Apple Watch Series 11 (42 and 46 mm) and Apple Watch Ultra 2 and 3, each in real finishes or any color you pick. Choose one in the inspector's Project tab, under Device.
Are Apple's product bezels included?
No. Bezelry draws every device itself, in code, so it never ships or uses Apple's product bezel images (Apple's license doesn't allow apps to redistribute them). Pick any finish or custom color for a frame in the Frame picker.
Exporting
How do I export screenshots?
Click Export in the toolbar (⇧⌘E on the Mac), choose the sizes and languages, PNG or JPEG, and a folder. Bezelry renders every combination into one folder per language and size. You can also copy a single screen, or drag it out of the gallery.
Which sizes does App Store Connect need?
Apple currently asks for the 6.9″ iPhone size (1320 × 2868) and the 13″ iPad size (2064 × 2752) as the primary sets and scales them down for smaller devices. Bezelry preselects these and also offers the older 6.5″ and 6.3″ iPhone, 12.9″ and 11″ iPad, Mac and Apple Watch sizes, plus Google Play and social formats.
Why do my exports have a watermark?
Exports from the free version carry a small Bezelry watermark. Bezelry Pro removes it.
How do I preview my App Store product page?
Choose Integrations › Store Page Preview. Add your app's icon, name and subtitle, then switch between languages and light or dark to see your screenshots the way the App Store will show them. It's free.
Translation
How does caption translation work?
Bezelry translates captions with AI, using your own Anthropic API key — usage is billed to your Anthropic account. Create a key in the Anthropic Console, then add it in Settings › Translation (Mac: Bezelry › Settings; iPad and iPhone: Integrations › Integration Settings). Then choose Integrations › Translate Captions. Translation is part of Bezelry Pro.
What gets sent when I translate?
Only the caption text you choose to translate, sent directly from your device to Anthropic's API with your key. Nothing passes through any Bezelry server — there isn't one.
App Store Connect upload
How do I set up an App Store Connect API key?
- In App Store Connect › Users and Access › Integrations › App Store Connect API, create a Team Key with the App Manager role. (The Account Holder may need to request API access first.)
- Download the key's
AuthKey_XXXXXXXXXX.p8file. Apple lets you download it only once, so keep it somewhere safe. - Note the Issuer ID shown above the keys list and the key's Key ID.
- In Bezelry, open Settings › App Store Connect, paste the Issuer ID and Key ID, and choose the .p8 file. The credentials are stored in your Keychain.
- Choose Integrations › Upload to App Store Connect, pick your app and upload. Screenshots go to the version that is in Prepare for Submission.
Upload is part of Bezelry Pro.

How do I restore my purchase on another device?
