BezelryBezelry is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details about Bezelry Pro and the services Bezelry works with. Where they differ, the Standard EULA applies.
1. The app
Bezelry is an app for Mac, iPad and iPhone, made by Grigor Dochev, for designing App Store and marketing screenshots. You may use the free version, and Bezelry Pro if you buy it, under the Standard EULA and these terms.
2. Bezelry Pro
Bezelry Pro unlocks clean exports, App Store Connect upload and caption translation. It is offered as:
- Monthly or yearly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trial. The yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime purchase. A one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks Bezelry Pro for as long as Bezelry is offered, on the devices signed in to your Apple Account.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings: on iPhone or iPad in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on the Mac in App Store › your name › Account Settings › Subscriptions. Restore purchases on a new device from the Bezelry Pro screen in the app. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by country.
3. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Your content
Your projects, screenshots, captions and exported images are yours. Bezelry doesn't upload, collect or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use, including screenshots, logos, fonts and any third-party device images you import, and for the App Store listings you publish with it.
5. Third-party services
Some features connect to services you choose to use, with your own credentials:
- Caption translation uses Anthropic's API with your own Anthropic API key. Your use is governed by Anthropic's terms, and Anthropic bills you for usage.
- App Store Connect upload uses Apple's App Store Connect API with your own API key, under Apple's terms for App Store Connect.
These services are provided by their operators, not by Bezelry, and may change or become unavailable. Machine translations can contain mistakes — review them before publishing.
6. No warranty
Bezelry is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee that Bezelry will be error-free or that exported images will be accepted by any store. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data; keep backups of important projects. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7. Trademarks
Apple, App Store, App Store Connect, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc. Anthropic is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Bezelry is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Anthropic.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Bezelry after a change means you accept the updated terms.
